We use high-quality clay from the local mines owned by the production party. To complete a terracotta product, we need to go through the following six processes:
1. Kneading the clay;
2. Molding;
3. Embryo trimming;
4. Drying;
5. Glazing;
6. Firing.
Glaze is a glassy coating covering the surface of earthenware jars. After high-temperature firing, it forms a smooth and hard protective layer.

4. Hygiene and Safety: Easy to clean, with safety protection.
The leachates and heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in our products comply with the requirements of the first grade of the relevant Chinese food safety standard QB/ T3732.3-1999.
Customization is supported. Please provide the design draft or specific requirements (such as Pantone color code). The MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 100 pieces. The sampling-making cycle is approximately 30 days.
We use shockproof packaging (foam/bubble wrap/wooden frame), moisture-proof paper for sea transportation, and mark the outer box with a “fragile” label. We also recommend purchasing transportation insurance.
In case of damage during transportation, please provide photo/video evidence. We will replenish the goods or compensate according to the contract. If the goods are damaged before sea transportation, we will resend them or refund the money (FOB).
Our inspection includes but is not limited to appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, sealing performance test, compressive strength test, temperature resistance test and material safety inspection, etc.
The price is adjusted according to the type, size, order quantity, trade terms, etc. of the earthenware jars.
The standard product MOQ is 50 pieces, and the customized product MOQ is 100 pieces (can be negotiated according to your specific needs).

It takes approximately 20 days for standard products and 30 days for customized products (calculated from the date of design confirmation). It takes about X days for sea transportation to the [destination port].
